Venetian Park Estates Venetian Park Estates,Inc. is a resident owned community located on Tamiami Trail, just south of Westfield Sarasota Square Mall. The park consists of 197 units, occupied mostly by retirees: The park residents come from many different occupational fields, resulting in a wide range of talent to draw from for our various activities. The park is a CO-OP with home owners each holding a share certificate in the Venetian Park Corporation. The board of directors is elected by the members of the corporation and has the responsibility of the day to day operation of the park. There are nine directors who serve for a period of three years, with three elected each year. Various committees are appointed to run specific areas of the park such as the maintenance, the office and the real estate sales. |
